1. Mock Parmesan Cheese
Can be sprinkled on salads, spaghetti, or vegetables.
Pulse in a blender just long enough to grind the sesame seeds
- 1 cup hulled sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
